So Shunsui is a womanizer, a drunkard, a creep who has hit on his lieutenants because Kubo's unplanning ass changed minds about his final arc halfway through the manga.
It is wrong to have an older woman be shipped with him, when he's already an adult, because said woman was married to his brother who is now dead? Because he may have fallen for her when he wasn't yet an adult? But not wrong if Shunsui is shipped with Ukitake? Isn't Shunsui problematic? Why are you shipping Ukitake with a creep?
You accept the canon material with whatever flaws this man has. You don't attack Kubo for his "problematic" characters. But you come and attack random fans.
This is why I say works in general should not be judged by morality. Because you get into contradictory chains like this. And it is the same people who attack female fans, real people, real women, to defend the honor of some fictional guy. Yes, it is misogyny for me.
#anime manga rambles#fandom is made mostly of women#so it's women attacking other women#idc about dudebros they r annoying as hell and guess what they hate women too#but it hurts when women attack women#and I'm tired of fans who uphold morality or think they are progressive bc they ship m/m#you can still hate women#and then you know that if you find f/f on op you can't feel moral for shipping lbgt#so you look through recent 10 posts found no f/f for bleach#concluded op must be homophobic unless you bothered to look for other fandoms like jojo or kuroshitsuji#but it should not matter what op ships : it should not be about morality or a sense of superiority#op said in a post we should not expect shunnao fans to delete all their posts bc they didn't know the two were related -->#“op ships incestous” in the same sentence where you claim if op was truly f/f she would not ship nanao with jugram#did you find the dirt? did you do it?#did you cherry pick? did you do an edit of op?
